In our second day we will practice Shaking Meditation. Shaking is part of Osho Kundalini Meditation. A very powerful meditation. Through the shaking the body-mind-spirit joins and then suddenly it happens, all thinking stop. Meditation happens! This technique will help your release tension and waking up the body. The goal of this technique is to melt away old and fixed habits and prepare you for the new.
