As soon as she started talking she took me to this other place where I was no longer feeling the burden of my life. From this place she took me to see another past lives where I had the same pain and feeling! In that moment I understood this was something I was carrying since before I could remember. It was in that understanding that pain was not mine that I could start seeing my relationship with different eyes. When we finish the session I was feeling so calm and in peace. I remember meeting my husband in our house later and he was seeing me with different eyes. I am forever grateful for Sitara to facilitate this space for me to understand what was happening. 

I have been working with Sitara for the past year in a family transition. Every time I work with her I feel so much better. She has also work with my kids and everybody in my family loves her. She brings so much love and peace.  She recommend me some exercise and meditations that have become a routine in my life. I will continue working with her to deepen my  and my family’s spirituality. 

The first time I came across this work I was not very sure that it could actually create any change  in my life. I was holding to such much pain in my body and I was not even aware.  Sitara  help me to set a new language with myself. As I look back, to that session, many things did change a lot in my life. She came to my home, explained a bit about Theta Healing and started our session. It was magical. It really changed my life. She also evaluated the energy in my house and taught me a few tips on how to improve my energy and my home’s energy. I am very grateful for Sitara and have recommended her to all my friends.

At the end of my session with Sitara , I felt much lighter, I felt the benefit of meditation immediately and I loved it! I found my peace and the deep sadness I had it melts away.

I find this course essential. The techniques Sitara is teaching in this program are of great value. I couldn’t believe that it was so easy returning to my center. I work in Real Estate and normally I am going back and forth in my car. I am practicing all the meditations during visits and lately without being noticing they come to my mind.
